RETURN POLICY

Apparel: The Atrium Gift Shop accepts any apparel returns within 30 days of purchase so long as the garment is unwashed, unworn, and unaltered. A full refund will be issued to the credit card used for payment usually within 2-3 business days of receipt of authorized returned items. Clothing items must be returned with original hang tags still attached.

Non-Apparel: Atrium Gift Shop accepts non-apparel returns within 30 days of purchase so long as the item is unused in its original packaging. Candles, cosmetics, nail products and earrings are not eligible for return unless the item contains a manufacturing defect. A full refund will be issued to the credit card used for payment usually within 2-3 business days of receipt of the authorized returned item.

All sale items are final sale. No returns will be accepted on marked down items or seasonal items after the season has passed.

SHIPPING POLICY

Processing may take 2-3 business days from order date. Any orders placed after 4pm will be considered next business day.

PRIVACY POLICY

Atrium Gift Shop is committed to protecting your privacy. All information collected is used for internal purposes only. The personal information we collect is limited to your necessary contact, shipping, and billing information, as well as shopping preferences. Shipping for orders will be billed to the customer. We charge tax for all purchases shipped within the state of Texas. Customer is responsible for all international taxes.
